These Terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of RoadKingWear.
By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
RoadKingWear operates in accordance with applicable Dutch and European legislation.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

• Minor differences in colour, print placement, size or finish may occur.
• Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings.
• Minor manufacturing variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
• suspected fraud
• pricing or technical errors
• payment issues
• abuse of promotions
• violations of these Terms
If payment has already been received, any approved cancellation will be refunded.

Many of our products are produced after an order has been placed.
Once production has started, orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
VAT is included where legally required.
For international orders, customers remain responsible for:

• local taxes
unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
RoadKingWear is not responsible for delays resulting from:
• shipping carriers
• customs inspections
• force majeure
• weather conditions
• strikes
• transportation disruptions
• incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been delivered according to the carrier's tracking information.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers located within the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise this right within the legally prescribed period.
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including genuinely personalised or custom-made products manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications.

9. Returns & Refunds

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven (7) days after delivery, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

11. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, order processing or production may already have commenced and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

12. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact RoadKingWear before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
Where a chargeback is initiated while a valid return or customer support process is still ongoing, RoadKingWear reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation to the payment provider in order to defend the transaction.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory legal rights available to consumers.

13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoadKingWear shall not be liable for:
• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• loss of profits
• loss of business opportunities
• loss of data
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to RoadKingWear, including but not limited to:
• trademarks
• logos
• product designs
• graphics
• photographs
• videos
• written content
• branding
• website design
• product concepts
• marketing materials
• visual identity
remain the exclusive property of RoadKingWear or its licensors.
No part of our intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Derivative works created using AI software, editing software or other digital tools remain subject to our intellectual property rights where permitted by applicable law.
RoadKingWear actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights worldwide.

15. Force Majeure
RoadKingWear shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, cyberattacks, strikes, supplier failures, transportation disruptions or government actions.

17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
