Returns & Refund Policy – Roadkingwear

1. General

At Roadkingwear, we strive to deliver high-quality products. As many of our items are made-to-order, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures clearly.

This policy applies worldwide, with additional rights for customers located in the European Union (EU).


2. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Exceptions (Important)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are custom-made or personalized

  • Products made specifically for you upon order (print-on-demand), if they are clearly customized or produced to your specifications

If a product is not personalized, the withdrawal right may still apply.


3. Returns Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • (EU only) You exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, if applicable

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original packaging where possible


4. Return Process

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 2–5 business days with further instructions.

Do not send items back without prior approval, as this may delay or void your refund.


5. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items → we cover return costs

  • For voluntary returns (EU withdrawal) → customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse


8. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.


9. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.


10. International Orders

For orders outside the EU:

  • Local consumer laws may apply

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
