Made to Order
At Road King Wear, every product is made especially for you. We don’t work with mass production or large stock — each item is produced on demand once an order is placed.
This approach allows us to focus on quality, individuality, and responsible production. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail, while remaining fair and transparent.
No Standard Right of Return (On-Demand Production)
As all items are produced specifically per order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind after purchase

Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Not liking the design after delivery
These cases fall under the legal exception for custom-made products, as defined by international and European consumer regulations (including EU Directive §312g (2) No. 1 BGB).
When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted
We will always offer a free replacement or refund if:

The product is defective

There is a misprint or production error

The wrong item was delivered

The item arrived damaged
In these cases, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Return Costs
If a return or replacement is approved due to a defect or error:
✔ We fully replace or refund the product
✔ All related costs are covered by us
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
